Maybe the paparazzo sold one pic to show that he has photos of her and now is able to name his price and bid other magazines for the lot.

If I had topless photos of a legit A list star, and my job was to sell those for profit I'd do everything in my power to get ring every penny out of the pics.

I assume the picture is legit and now we know she has some nice little boobies. I hope we get to see more of them.

The plot thickens with that camera on the right. Look likes either her friend was messing with her, or maybe she was posing for a handbra type pic.

There are more somewhere. Think about it there are 40 some pics of her in post #21 with her top on there have got to be more that this 1 with out a top. No pap would only take 1 shot of Emma Watson topless, its just that simple.

Okay... that’s the first we’ve seen of her friend’s arm in this picture. I thought this saga was over, but perhaps not?

 

Only one photo, did the pap's camera's motor-drive fail.

 

The arm with the phone pointing at Emma is clearly a friend. I wonder if the person out of shot taking the photo is also a friend? Like it was some three way dare where they all send a topless picture of each other to someone. Emma appears to be taking a photo of the person taking a photo of her. The photo of Emma somehow got into the hands of Public magazine. What does not make sense however is I don’t think anyone close to Emma would sell the photo and the quality of the photo looks like its taken at some distance.

An alternative is that a guest at the hotel took a quick snap when Emma was lying around topless knowing it would cover the cost of their holiday. I mean would you take a sneaky photo if you knew it was worth thousands?

What is also different about this photo compared with others is the angle. It looks like it was taken at approximately the same height as if you were at the location. The other photos are clearly taken at a height looking down.

I really don’t think this is a fake as it would make little sense and the breasts etc.. all match too perfectly. I see no fakery in the grain level either. It’s certainly still a mystery at this point.

 

The more I think about this the more I believe that this was just taken by an oppourtunist at the resort who realised holy shit! that's Emma Watson with her top off snuck his phone up to take a quick snap knowing it was worth money but knew he wouldn't get away with pointing it at her for very long.

If it was a French guest then he would know he could sell it to Public magazine.

Here's what I don't understand I Googled Emma Watson yesterday and all the magazines had all the photos of her in her pink bathing suit and her in the other bathing suit which they called the mismatched bathing suit but not one photo not one mentione of a topless photo being taken yet they had all the rest of her photos.

 

If this is the case then it’s unfortunate that the paparazzi from the other photos missed the opportunity of a topless Emma Watson and even more unfortunate for us if its the only photo.

 

Looking at the photo of the pool area, the one with the flowers, and comparing it to Emma's photo, the pic was clearly taken at an angle a bit above the level of the pool, which is itself up high on the cliff. Could the pic have been taken by a drone?

 

Thats because the photo may not be from a paparazzi but a private sale from a guest at the hotel.
