It is something that usually shows up with age so maybe. She is a bit young for it though. Again im not a doctor.

 

Dad has OA in one of his fingers and bad knees. But OA is the type that comes with wear and tear. He has been a factory worker so it takes its toll.

 

My Gran had it and it was very similar to that.

I really feel like Peter Griffin in this clip whenever i go to the gym. Its played for laughs here of course but i genuinly feel that most PT:s i have met are exactly like this.

 

Morning, so much happening today.

But here's some Comfort for Wednesday.

I feel like i want to sleep for a week or at least be on a beach in the Sun.

 

I've written before on Watson and how i don't share her brand of Feminism.

While i appreciate she was in a private lockdown with her Gran, Mum and a friend.
Would it have been that hard to Tweet/release one message during the lockdown
to her younger fans (and her Sisterhood) who were living through a very scary and anxiety inducing
time for many.

But not one message, there were actors further down the pay/fame scale that sent
out messages of support to fellow Feminists, actors, theatre, freelancers and companies that
didn't quality for the British Government Furlough schemes and where on their
own using what savings they had having lost their jobs and with the prospect of
their dreams being ruined by Corona.

Not one word during the whole of lockdown, the first messages she posted was joining the World
in supporting "Black Lives Matter", with a series of high profile posts.

With lockdown just ending, the first anyone saw of her was shopping at "Tallulah" a high end
(with prices to match) lingerie shop in Islington in London, followed by a Pap capture of her
on holiday in Ibiza with her new boyfriend Luke Evans.

All the while, freelancers and actors are still struggling to make end meet.

To me its not just about making speeches at high profile conferences, its social awareness
during the worse of times.

Maybe she's withdrawing from Public life?

I wouldn't say "maybe", IMO she has withdrawn.
I mean, she has put a line to work only under her own terms. The problem is that practically no one is going to hire her on those terms but she's ok with that... Take it or leave it.

She knows that she will always be a public figure and I think that's the only reason why she keeps posting on social media. But she doesn't want to get personally involved, she post or talk about certain things, but just to give her point of view, not to tell people what to do.

"I support this... I stay at home... but I'm not messing with your life, so don't mess with mine!!"

You mentioned scare and anxiety, and maybe it's the same for her. Not now, but I remember reading somewhere that she's really insecure, and you know she used to receive a lot of backlash for her statements, so maybe she decided to avoid any kind of personal involvement jsut for her own sake

I had a Date night last night, i feel like i'm 14 again.

In work, really don't want to be here, London may be "Back", but its still so quite out there.

I have my allocated time, and i'm going back to the National Gallery (in Trafalgar Square)
at lunchtime, today.

Then she leaves herself open to be excused of virtue singling and jumping on the bandwagon
and only appearing at high profile events.
She has a profile, her Celebrity is her profile, if she didn't have that she'd be another "Silent Voice".

If she has privately contributed to funds (like many other names) and chosen not to publicise it, fair enough.
But she's been very vocal, appearing at UN Conferences, interviewing high profile Feminist names, when it suits her.

Then silence.

To me, if you want/chose to, be a "Name", to be Vocal, you can't just turn it on & off when it suits you.

Daniel and Rupert chose not to speak on Social issues, Emma chose to speak out.
When there was outrage at the JK comments, Emma was one of the last to speak out about her comments.

Just think what it would of meant to all the young Potter fans at home, in a strange, scary new World.
If they had seen a message from her "I know what you're going through, but we're all in this together".

Her people could of done it, if she wasn't able to, what a difference it would of made.
