PS They did some memorable stuff - this was just a pretentious bummer!

Yes, it's a cabaret song that found a sympatico artiste in Cyndy.

    I'd like to try!
No no you're not hijacking, love that!!! Love Cyndi, the airhead routine she does in interviews/reality tv,
really is a act, I've seen her in interviews and she can be so focused.

Love that cover, lover her voice.

Yesterday i was there, i knelt & took the knee, i talked, i sang, i cried (people probably cried
when they heard me sing) came home and me and my Cousin went to a local take the knee.

This morning, i want to be the filling in this Cara/Keira sandwich.

    Today's Comfort pic.

Been watching "The Great" onto ep4, Elle (Fanning) is brilliant in it (convincing "English" accent).
Nicholas Hoult is good as Tsar Peter, but i would of loved to have seen Timothée Chalamet in the role.
Watched ep1 (10x30 minute episode) of "Space Force".
Ep1 anyway was as funny as toothache, forced written by committee "Comedy", will see if it improves in ep2.

    Saw good reviews of

You made it through the whole episode of "space force"? :applause:
After 15 minutes my brain decided it would rather be unconscious...

Exactly and the cast was good, but its the worse sort of lazy "comedy" writing.

Yeah. I watched the whole series simply because I enjoy Malkovich, I wouldn't recommend finishing it though.

costars: Bruce Willis, Morgan Freeman, Helen Mirren, Brian Cox, Mary Louise Parker,

I have a vague memory of seeing "Red".

    Meanwhile
Face coverings will become mandatory on all public transport in England from mid-June
    https://www.standard.co.uk/news/pol...-transport-england-grant-shapps-a4460136.html
I better invest in some more facemasks.

Anyone got links to alternative/fashion/cos play facemasks?

To be fair Red isnt one of the better features with Malkovich. On the other hand he has been pidgeon holed in a certain type of character lately. The last really good feature i saw with Malkovich if i judge his acting would be being Malkovich.

I have the BluRay's of RED & RED 2, the second of which is, if possible, even more light-weight than the first, which is basically four (4) ex-CIA operatives taking on the whole CIA, FBI and The Secret Service and winning!
In the first few moments of the film you see Bruce Lee swallowing a handful of medications - presumably to suggest that he's old and decrepit - but they appear to boost him into super-hero mode for the whole film!
A hit squad arrives in Bruce's cul-de-sac in the middle of the night, and virtually destroy his house with gunfire before he kills them all. The sleep of the occupants of the other houses in the cul-de-sac is not disturbed by this mayhem, it seems?
    etc... etc....
Suspend belief and enjoy the old hands apparently having fun!

Yes, guys lighthearted fun campy stuff it what I was recommending to Sophie. It is like popcorn at a movie
something to have while ya watch. You can do without but its fun. :beerchug: If you don't go looking for David Lean, J.J. Abrams
stuff, just watching older great actors havin' fun.

I'm sure you've hear of others just don't recall he was the UK director of "Epic Films", "Lawrence of Arabia, "Bridge on the River Kwai" "The Greatest Story Ever Told" "Ryan's Daughter" along with "Dr. Zhivago" which was the first movie I saw in the theater sans parents.
Man I fell in love with Julie Christie, hated Rod Stieger, felt bad for Tom Courtney and was jealous of Omar Shariff.

I have seen individual scenes of his work but too say im familiar with him qould be insincere. I do recall a desert scene where a bunch of riders ride into a huge camp, and like ripples in the water things get more and more active. The whole arduous work of setting that up in one single take impressed me. Remember this wasnt cgi.
