Just been out as promised to get the Fleabag S2 location.

I work around the corner from here, this is where Flea (and "Hot Priest") walked up the road and went into the Quaker Hall for "Quiet time".

Here are pics that were taken as they filmed it.

 

My mates sent me these Emma rescue pics, the end (5pm) is nearly in sight.

Its a Catch 22 getting home, no way am I using the Underground to get home now.
But later there will be a bit more room, but still a build-up of heat.
Going for the latter option, meeting up with Wifie & mates for a drink.

 

I'm sorry but this is just funny....

 

I don't necessarily agree with the following headline, but after the years we've endured at least let us think, even for a minute, that this could be true for us poor saps here in America.


 I don't think it'll last for long after the recent news item I saw, about a few cops who got fired for racist and threatening remarks they posted on FB towards a now-famous congressperson after reading a 'news' article from a site called Taters Gonna Tate, that had the word 'satire' emblazoned on it that they somehow took as gospel. I repeat, it was a site called Taters Gonna Tate after that, yeah never mind this headline, you can call us dumb again.

 

I remember the theatre version by Lloyd Webber and how awstruck i was with Elaine Pages singing voice. And while this trailer looks well interesting, i think im gonna have to watch this musical when it comes if nothing else for well how the trailer looks.

It's a shock to the system when you actually sleep through to 10:30am (OK I won't mention I was awake for a while at 6am).

 

On the very hot days, I did put my bedsheets into a plastic bag and into the freezer and put them on when I was going to bed.
That worked, but the idea a friend of mine had to get a bowl of iced water (with ice cubes in it) then place it in front of a fan.

I tried it and it worked, but for a really short time, I didn't trust myself getting up the following morning and knocking against the bowl
and electrocuting myself.

I remember my Mum being told in Australia when I was little from an old Woman from the days before A.C.
They used to shut their windows and drapes/curtains during the warm days and only open the windows when they came home in the evening.

I "love" some guys complaining they were disappointed in Sophie's breasts and "expected more", well they're real breasts, they move (and in some cases
slightly sag and aren't stuck on chests and don't move) plus she's had the effects of a good bra.

I feel for her and Joe after one of their huskies was killed in New York after it got hit by a car.

A lot of us blokes has lots of misconceptions on how ageing works on the other sex. I write much of that down to youthful ignorance. and to a lesser extent the Lolita syndrome. Yuck...

 

Resetting mine up today as Amazon Video & the BBC Sounds app can now cast to devices from Chromecast.

Took a while but I got it.
