Its not really about comparing her life to yours since your situations arent similar. Its more about working to make it so her life isnt much shittier than her comparable male counterparts, as well as the lives of the women in similar situations as yours arent much shittier than yours, which they likely are now.

 

I have 4 daughters... unless anyone here has five or more, there are no greater supporters of equality here than me. Having said that, men and women ARE different and everyone needs to stop trying to change that. My sister, mother and aunts are all "old feminists" who have come full circle now and are embarrassed by the "new feminism movement."
