15 times? How did you reach that exponent? I'm genuinely curious.


I'm also curious how Ariel can work out every day and show no noticeable results? I mean, she looks good. But she doesn't look any more toned or cut than a year ago.

 

One of my ex's used to do spin class and work out 5 days a week. Never lost a pound. She said if she stopped, she would balloon. She od-ed on diet pills in college because a few ignorant fuckshits told her she was getting fat. I saw pics, she wasn't, she was cheerleading.

But I digress... I am too curious... 15 times. I would have a hard time believing she is 2 times, let alone 15.

 

Ariel can clearly afford a nutritionist and a personal trainer. But instead she uses an app. Someone commented in one of her social media threads said she wasn't working out correctly. They could be onto something.

Geez, that's just terrible.

 

It's probably why I get a little salty when people here call any girl fat, obese, etc. Just hits home a bit.

 

That's why I'm making a provocative effort here to eliminate body shaming. It's just wrong. If you don't like tats, that's different. Not everyone is built like a goddess though.

 

Yeah, a personal trainer makes a world of difference. I used to work out on my own as well. While I did lose weight, I eventually hit a plateau and I never got past that "kinda chubby guy sweating at the gym" physique. When I hired a personal trainer, I finally got over that hump. Unlike apps, trainers can spot you to improve your form to maximize the workout and prevent injury, Related to Ariel's case, personal trainers also mix things up when they notice your muscles are beginning to memorize the workouts and hitting a plateau. I suspect that's what's happening with her now.

That aside, she is still a very attractive woman and I applaud her for making an effort to work out regularly.

"Back in the day" a goddess would've probably been considered to have some meat on her bones. Which is fine by me.
