Why would you think there's proof in a "blind item"? The entire website that features them doesn't have proof, just vague gossip that may or may not be real. Only a small amount of them have turned out to be real, and that's only because mainstream media reported on them later on, but that's extremely rare.

I mean, the blind items that were said to be about Hayden Panatierre being abused since childhood by her parents, their friends and Hollywood producers that was alleged to have come from Robert Downey Jr. and his friends who posted under a single account there have never been proven true. Neither was the other I recall that talked about a Disney star in her late teens/early 20s (at the time, in 2014) who was seen in a club saying she'd have sex with a dog if she could get her hands on some cocaine, and that she'd had sex on the dance floor in front of a crowd.

Again, no proof and it's meant to be vague enough to avoid libel cases being filed, but they seem to be popular among those who like salacious tabloid gossip.

This doesn't sound good at all. Didn't you repeatedly say that the forum doesn't host any content, only text? If this is true then cayne should have nothing to worry about, the responsiblility relies on the image/file hosts that stores the actual content.

 

It's easier and cheaper just to agree to the terms than to go to court over it.

But like I said, we're not there yet and may never be. A few requests in short order could just be coincidence. The representatives of Laura Bach got pretty serious though. So if more well-known celebs get leaked it could become an issue fast. I would imagine their business managers have given a lot of consideration to the leaks issue. Although I could be wrong.
