Actually, they are ethnoreligious group and a nation since their ethnicity, nationhood and religion are tied together. Meaning you can use Jew the same way you'd use German, Italian, Berber, etc.

No. That is not accurate. Do not confuse German with Germanic, they are not the same thing. And Italian is derived from an ancient Greek term meaning, "land of young cattle." It has nothing to do with genetics. This is an ethno-genetic map of Europe. You may notice that nowhere on that map is the word "caucasian." That's because anthropologists have debunked the term as a race.



BTW, I'm not going to pursue this conversation any further. If I want accurate information on race and culture, I'll consult my sister, a published doctor of anthropology who taught and researched at the university level for 30 years.

Point1- Jew are not a race and are not the same as Italians. Case in point you can be an Italian Jew. The Middle East is a region. You can be a Black Middle Eastern Jew from Yemen.
